Terms & Conditions
Last updated: November 3, 2026
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to enrollment in programs offered by Luxury Aesthetics Institute, Luxury Aesthetics PLLC, Précis Injection Academy, and Lux Schön (together, "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting our website, enrolling in a program, or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Enrollment and Eligibility
Enrollment is complete when we receive your signed enrollment agreement and required payment. Students must meet the eligibility requirements published for each program, including any licensure, certification, or prerequisite requirements. We may decline or cancel an enrollment if eligibility requirements are not met or information provided is inaccurate.
2. Tuition and Payment
Tuition and fees are listed on the program page or in your enrollment agreement. Payment is due as stated at enrollment. Where a payment plan is offered, missed payments may result in suspension of access to training until the account is current. Promotional pricing and scholarships apply only to the offer terms stated at the time of enrollment and cannot be combined unless stated.
3. Cancellation, Reschedule, and Refund Policy
Written cancellation requests must be emailed to us. If you cancel within 3 business days of enrolling and at least 7 days before your program start date, you will receive a full refund of tuition paid. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are not eligible for a refund, but you may reschedule once to a future cohort at no charge if requested at least 48 hours before the start date. Once a program has begun, tuition is non-refundable. Materials, kits, and equipment that have been issued are non-refundable. If we cancel or reschedule a session, you may choose a future session or a full refund of tuition paid for that session.
4. Attendance, Conduct, and Certification
Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions on time. Certificates of completion are issued only after all required hours, assessments, and payments are complete. Students must behave professionally and respectfully toward instructors, staff, fellow students, and models or patients. We may dismiss a student without refund for unsafe practice, harassment, impairment, dishonesty, or violation of facility or safety rules.
5. Hands-On Training and Model Safety
Hands-on training is performed under the supervision of qualified instructors and the program's Medical Director. Students must follow all infection control, laser safety, and clinical protocols. Models and patients must complete the required consent and screening forms, and we may decline any treatment we believe is unsafe or inappropriate.
6. No Guarantee of Licensure, Employment, or Income
Our programs provide education and training. Completion of a program does not guarantee licensure, certification, employment, or any particular income. Students are responsible for understanding and meeting the requirements of the Arizona Department of Health Services and any other regulatory body, including scope-of-practice and supervision requirements that apply to them.
7. Services and Medical Disclaimer
Information on this website is for general educational purposes and is not medical advice. Results of aesthetic services and training vary by individual. A consultation and signed informed consent are required before any treatment.
8. Intellectual Property

Materials are for the enrolled student's personal educational use only and may not be copied, recorded, shared, resold, or used to create competing training without our written permission.
